- We Collect No Personal Information. The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information, usage analytics, or crash reports. Your activity within the App is completely private.
- No Ads or Trackers. The App is free of advertisements and third-party trackers.
Terms of Service
- You Own Your Content. You retain full ownership of and responsibility for all data and content you create in the App, including workouts, custom timers, and session logs.
- Not Medical Advice. The App is intended for general fitness and training purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing health condition.
- Back Up Your Data. Because your data is stored only on your device, we cannot help you recover it if you lose your device or uninstall the App. You are solely responsible for backing up your data.
- Disclaimer of Warranty. The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or meet all your needs.
- Limitation of Liability. In no event shall the developer be liable for any damages (including data loss or injury arising from physical exercise) from the use of or inability to use the App.
- Changes to These Terms. We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
